Have you purchased the land from the county auctions?
Nope. Almost all our land inventory for sale comes from private individuals who sold us their properties.
Do you own the properties you offer, or are you wholesaling on behalf of other owners?
Almost all our properties are owned by our company. We sometimes have an option to buy a property, while the owner still owns it, but it’s pretty rare.
How does your payment plan work?
It’s very simple and easy to do and most of it is up to you to decide how much you would like to invest every month towards the purchase of your property. First, make the required down payment, then just make the agreed upon monthly payments. Once your last payment is in, we record the property in your name and you own it free and clear!
How does the buying process work?
It’s simple: you send us a payment and tell us the name for which you would like the property to be recorded, and we take care of recording the deed with the county in that name.
If you’re on a payment plan, we’ll sign an agreement with the payment terms. When you make your last payment, we’ll transfer the deed over to your desired name.
