I bought some land from Landtrove about a year ago. I made my payments on it for a while, then decided to sell the land because my plans changed and I wasn’t going to move out there after all. I sold it for more than I paid, and came out with a profit. Great deal!

Then I found out I could buy on almost the same payment I was paying in rent, but the land would be mine after a couple years. I was extatic! Now I get to live near my boys (well, they’re men now) and I don’t have to answer to anybody. This is great!
I got a great piece of land at a great price. The financing terms were easy enough for me to make the decision to go ahead with it and I was happy I did. It’s been about a year and half now and I got another year and the land is mine. Win win all around, as far as I’m concerned. Good job Landtrove. It’s been a pleasure.
